Yin Yoga is steadily growing in popularity all across North America and Europe. Yin focuses on long holds to lengthen, massage and expand the connective tissue and fascia throughout the entire body.
Join Kate Kuss and the PYI yoga therapy faculty for an online training in therapeutic yoga. We’ll explore, and practice how to teach and use Yin in therapeutic settings. We'll cover different Yin poses, meditation techniques, subtle body awareness, modifying for seniors, and overall self-care.
